Originating from Atlanta, GA; The Hard Rockers in Brother Grey, now begin to pick up speed as they travel the streets and highways, to make their way to a music venue near you.
Fresh off their 2014 summer tour; opening for hard hitting bands Royal Bliss and Fuel, these southern boys are gearing up to finish out the year strong and continue on into 2015 as they share the stage with Puddle of Mudd, Smile Empty Soul, Saving Abel and Another Lost Year.
In their short time on the road they have found their fan base growing at a steady pace. Once patrons experience the live performance and then listen to their new EP ‘In Irons’ an epiphany occurs. Spot on vocal performances and brilliantly developed instruments come together with vivid execution. Brother Grey nails it with their clever songwriting, great hooks, big distorted guitars, exceptional drumming, and unmistakable vocals.
Their sound is fresh, heavy, complex and dynamic; yet easy to digest. Influences range from Filter, The Deftones, A perfect Circle, The Chariot, Dillinger Escape Plan and NIN. The goal of Brother Grey is to challenge the listener by providing a well-produced sound that also holds a level of rawness; leaving the ears enticed while discovering something new.
Brother Grey is for people who like everything. The levels of talent collective to the band Brother Grey are analogous to that of an onion. There are many layers surrounding the basic core that holds it all together. All layers are complex but uniform. Everything makes a complete circle and is interconnected. It also tastes great with everything.
